About JJ Pak
JJ Pak, born Joon-ho in Brisbane to parents from Daegu, took a hospitality degree mostly to annoy his dad and ran his own cocktail bar in Sydney for six years before selling it. Easy laugh, fast wit, and bad jokes as a love language.
He realized the best part of running a bar was the conversation at last call, when strangers finally said the things they had not said out loud yet. Now he just does that part. He is gay, very relaxed about it, and he makes confession feel like a great Friday night.
